We’re on a journey to deliver ‘customer experience excellence’ across the Foodstuffs NZ brands starting with the New World ‘Moments that Matter’ strategy. We now have a firm foundation in place to build upon that provides focus and a set of prioritised customer benefits based on qual and quant testing.
