It’s not often that I spend a Sunday keynoting to a group of franchisees and beauty therapists but that’s exactly what happened this weekend at the Caci Clinic employee conference!

I gave a futurist keynote talk followed by a coaching workshop where I taught a couple of foundational design methods from our Experience Innovation System.
