D&Co’s gift to pivot a brand

It all began with a gift of 40 hours during week one of the lockdown.

It’s been an exciting journey volunteering 40hrs of our time to support Snap to innovate as they pivot from a car rental business to a same day, personal shopper, grocery delivery offer starting with Farro and Gilmours.

The balls, tenacity and speed at which the guys have pivoted is incredible. In this anxiety ridden time I’ve been happily distracted using my spare time to do some good and have loved every minute of it.

So after a very long Easter weekend Snap Delivery launched a trial MVP; a same day, personal shopper, grocery delivery service from Farro. If you’d like your very own personal shopper (who’ll txt or call you if they discover a product isn’t available) then visit www.snapdelivery.co.nz

During this rapid MVP innovation sprint we’ve accelerated Snap’s business strategy, CVP, and positioning. Undertaken a mystery shopper review advising they re-platform to Shopify, ideated a bunch of monetisation options and helped with their pricing strategy. We’ve written and designed the MVP website and have started to push their brand identity. And I’ve had a bucket load of fun too!
