Uniting a new Fonterra.

 

Background.

When Fonterra faced a challenge on how to bring their new guiding philosophy to life (Good Together – Fonterra’s new purpose, values and strategy) they reached out to D&Co.

 

The goal.

To design a global employee engagement programme for Fonterra including the development of an engaging narrative, programme design and creative expression for Good Together.

Launching Good Together.

 

Fonterra appointed D&Co to help support the launch and subsequent roll out of the Good Together employee engagement programme. Fonterra wanted to explore a fresh approach to brand voice and the design aesthetic which was an exciting new direction and an opportunity to explore new thinking and creativity.

Deliverables
Brand voice and narrative. Brand strategy & programme identity. Launch support. Employee engagement activations. 

Our team stayed true to the foundational aspects of the Fonterra brand but pushed into fresh new territories that we felt would signal a more approachable, relevant and engaging position and one that would resonate well with Fonterra employees and its farming community.

We helped Fonterra with the overarching brand voice and narrative, programme strategy and identity. We supported the Good Together launch with a range of outputs including speech writing, presentations and posters, employee engagement material, and a series of exciting design activations across the globe.
